The federal government that so many people trust will use deadly force against selected Americans. One group of people occupying space here and doing what it can to destroy America is completely off limits to armed attack by federal agents.
Federal agents, soldiers of the U.S. Army, were used at Wounded Knee, South Dakota in December 1890 to murder hundreds of Sioux Indians who had agreed to surrender and relocate to the reservation. The dead included old men, women and children. The operation was highly successful in military terms but was a human tragedy of unspeakable horror.
Ruby Ridge, Idaho 1992 again saw the awesome power of the federal government unleashed against innocents. This attack involved hundreds of armed police officers, federal agents, most notably from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) and the FBI. Soldiers were also part of the mob. Millions of dollars were wasted in the show of force by these government agents.
At Ruby Ridge, Randy Weaver had established his home and intended to “drop out” of normal American society. Weaver, a former Army Green Beret and Vietnam vet was convinced of the evil of too much government and intended to home school his children.
His “crimes” included association with a known member of the Aryan Nations, a white supremacy group. Weaver was not himself a member but had sawed off the barrels of two shotguns after repeated requests by undercover BATF Agents.
At the end of the attack, Weaver’s wife, son and dog had been murdered by government agents. Weaver was later awarded over a million dollars by a jury in a wrongful death suit.
Then there was Waco, Texas April, 1993. David Koresh and his Branch Davidian followers had elected to distance themselves from everyday Texans and live communally just outside town. Among other interests, the Davidians owned a small gun shop. Using trumped up charges of illegally trafficking in automatic weapons, the government attacked an otherwise peaceful group of Americans.
The Indians had agreed to surrender. Their war was over. Randy Weaver nor the Branch Davidians had ever posed a threat to the U.S. Government. No evidence of terrorism has ever been produced against them yet they suffered the worst kind of carnage. Eighty-one Davidians including women and children were murdered at Waco. The engraved markers there are a grim reminder of senseless carnage against innocents.
But there is one group in America that does not have to fear the brutality of government. That group can be found in Muslim training camps across America. These misguided sons of Allah do pose a threat to America. Their members have attacked and killed Americans. They continue to threaten.
But these camps, where hatred of America is taught, where tactics of warfare including weapons training goes on unabated are exempted from what happened to the Sioux, Weaver and the Davidians.
The reason they do not fear our government is that the U.S. State Department does not classify the camps, nor the training there as part of “…foreign terrorist organizations.” Apparently only Indians and Caucasians are a threat to the U.S. Government.
